About The Position

As a Part-Time Server, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming dining experience while getting to know the amazing residents who make Symphony Pointe such a great place to work.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with and helping others
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying days, including some weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful, but we’ll train the right person
Responsibilities
- Greet residents with a smile and take meal orders
- Serve food and beverages in a friendly, efficient manner
- Get to know residents and their individual preferences
- Assist with dining room set-up, clean-up, and restocking
- Support community events and special dining experiences
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment
