About The Position

Drakes Fine Food & Spirits is seeking a part-time Server to join their team! This position involves 10-15 hours per week. At Drakes Fine Food & Spirits, we strive to create a unique, serene dining atmosphere for our guests. Whether it's a day out with family, or a night out with friends, Drakes offers a relaxing environment where you can unwind and celebrate. Drakes is a part of Country Manor Campus in Sartell, MN, and was created as a restaurant to service residents and families, as well as the greater community. We offer a relaxed atmosphere, the opportunity to build relationships with our guests, and great hours as Drakes closes at 8:00 pm at the latest, with shortened weekend and holiday hours.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED required.
Adaptability and flexibility to organize and prioritize department needs.
Must demonstrate an ability to work well with people.
Must possess excellent time management skills.
Must display tact and patience when dealing with residents/staff.
Must possess excellent time-management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service.
Greet guests and seating them in a timely manner.
Follow departmental procedures for preparation, sanitation, cleaning, safety, and fire regulations.
Follow federal and state guidelines for food service workers. Understand and practice infection control procedures to promote safe food handling.
Use time efficiently to accurately and neatly complete duties to fit service schedules.
Responsible for communicating with back of house staff to report any dietary restrictions and following through prior to service.
All other duties as assigned.
