About The Position
Love the buzz of a busy dining room and the thrill of giving people their best night out? Pearlz is calling all outgoing, fast-paced, people-loving pros to join our front-of-house crew. If you’ve got a killer smile, know your way around a cocktail tray, and treat every table like a VIP, we want you on the floor!
Requirements
- 18 or older with a can-do, team-first attitude
- Quick on your feet and calm under pressure
- A natural people-person with top-notch communication skills
- Able to get alcohol safety certified within your first 7 days
- This role involves regular exposure to common food allergens (such as shellfish, dairy, nuts, gluten, etc.), which is unavoidable in our kitchen environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in restaurant service is a plus—but passion and personality go even further
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with style, speed, and a whole lot of Southern charm
- Know the menu like a boss—seafood, cocktails, and beyond
- Anticipate needs, handle requests, and read the room like a pro
- Team up with Bartenders, Bussers, and Hosts to create seamless service
- Keep your section spotless, organized, and always guest-ready
