About The Position

Join the Food and Beverage team at Sunnies Lounge, our warm and inviting lounge located just steps from the main lobby at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace. Overlooking the Float Lagoon, Sunnies offers a relaxed resort atmosphere. We’re currently seeking a part‑time Server to support our restaurant team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate has open availability, has experience working in food and beverage, and a minimum of 1 year of customer service. Shift Pattern: 3:00PM - 11PM/12AM

Responsibilities

Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
