The Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all patrons of the Out Back Shack (OBS) restaurant. Key duties include taking accurate orders, entering them into the POS system, serving food and beverages in a timely manner, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the menu and daily specials. The Server plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional dining experience while upholding all restaurant policies and cleanliness standards. This role may also support other areas within the Hospitality department as needed.
