About The Position

As a Server at Denny's, you will be responsible for providing attentive and dependable service to guests throughout their dining experience. This role involves taking orders accurately, delivering food and beverages promptly, and engaging with guests to enhance their visit. You will also play a key role in promoting the Denny's Rewards Program and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Collaboration with both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams is essential for ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Requirements

• Experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress, FOH Staff, or in customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence in upselling, menu recommendations, and guest engagement
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Must be 18+
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit
• Take orders accurately and relay them clearly to the kitchen
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly
