About The Position
Chili’s Servers provide Guests with food and drink service while delivering hospitality and a customized experience. The role involves learning the menu, completing opening and closing duties, partnering with Team Members to support Guest satisfaction, and helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Servers must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
