Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred
- Previous serving or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others
- Ability to read, write, and understand English in order to communicate effectively with residents, guests, supervisors, and team members
- Sufficient manual dexterity of hands and arms in order to use all kitchen equipment and utensils (e.g. knives, spoons spatulas, tongs, slicers, etc.)
- This role requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds, and remaining active throughout the shift.

- Deliver attentive, personalized service to residents and guests
- Create a warm, welcoming dining atmosphere
- Serve meals and beverages with professionalism and care
- Support multiple dining venues and special events
- Work alongside culinary and hospitality teams to ensure an exceptional experience
- Build meaningful relationships with residents while enhancing their daily lives
