About The Position
Baltimore Country Club is looking for upbeat, hard-working Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. If you're passionate about great service, good food, and working with an awesome team we'd love to meet you! Requirements
- Serving experience (fine dining or country club a plus)
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails
- Team player with great communication skills
- Able to lift 25–50 lbs and handle a busy environment
- Available days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Full-time, year-round availability required
Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch service to members and guests in our dining outlets
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and keep your section running smoothly
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to create seamless experiences
- Bring positive energy and professionalism every shift
