Server - Part Time
About The Position
As a Server in our community restaurant, you will help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and consistently deliver the service a guest would expect in their favorite restaurant. Their satisfaction starts with you! As a Server, you will direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection. You will also communicate specific resident orders, utilizing our state-of-the-art point of sale system and complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community.
Requirements
- A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents
- If under the age of 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable)
- Must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations
- Strong customer service presentation
