About The Position
Ballantyne Country Club is looking for fun, energetic, hardworking, hospitality-driven service team members. There are both full-time and part-time positions available.

Responsibilities
- Greet and engage members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver meals and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet club standards
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine/beverage offerings
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set before and after service
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
