As a Server, you'll help create exceptional dining experiences throughout our community. Whether serving residents in our elegant dining room, welcoming guests to the Bistro, supporting special events, or delivering personalized service in Luminations® (memory care), you'll bring The Sterling Touch® to every interaction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred
  • Previous serving or hospitality experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards
  • A positive attitude and genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English in order to communicate effectively with residents, guests, supervisors, and team members
  • Sufficient manual dexterity of hands and arms in order to use all kitchen equipment and utensils (e.g. knives, spoons spatulas, tongs, slicers, etc.)
  • This role requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds, and remaining active throughout the shift.
