The Server connects with guests, meets and anticipates their needs, and provides a distinctive dining experience. Servers work as part of a dynamic team and must be able to handle cash transactions, stand for the length of a shift, and keep pace during both casual lunches and busy Saturday nights. Actual hours, whether full-time or part-time, depend on shift availability and management discretion. Team members averaging at least 30 hours per week are offered medical, dental, and vision insurance after their first year. The role participates in a mandatory tip pool, contributing 3% of net sales from each shift to other qualified tipped employees.
