About The Position

PARC Retirement Living is seeking a Server for their Westerleigh PARC team in West Vancouver. The role involves creating an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment that also serves as a home for the seniors. The Server is a key member of the Food and Beverage team, responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving meals according to food-handling procedures, offering room service, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.

Requirements

Restaurant or hotel serving experience
Food Safe Level 1 certification
Serving it Right certification
WHMIS certification
Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment, solving problems like a true pro.
Excellent communication skills
Understanding and respect for the needs of seniors, their families, and other professional services engaged with our residents.
Criminal Record Check
TB test within the first month of employment
