About The Position

Chili’s Servers provide hospitable, customized service to Guests and help deliver a welcoming dining experience. They learn the menu so they can explain offerings, complete opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction. Servers contribute to a safe and welcoming environment and must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. The role is based at the Rockwall Chili’s location. Prior experience is a plus, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.
