The only thing we're missing is YOU! This is a Server / Dining Room Server / Wait Staff position in a Senior Living environment with no late nights. The role is located at Allegro of St. Augustine. Our residents don’t just come for meals — they come for connection, conversation, and care. As a Server, you’re a key part of creating that warm, welcoming experience. This isn’t just a serving job — it’s a chance to make someone’s day, every day.

Requirements

• Must be 16+ years old
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass background screening

Nice To Haves

• Food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive dining service to residents and guests
• Take orders and serve meals in a professional, timely manner
• Create a welcoming and engaging dining experience
• Clear and reset tables following service standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dining room
• Deliver trays to resident apartments as needed
• Follow food safety, labeling, and sanitation guidelines
