The only thing we're missing is YOU! This is a Part-Time Server position in Assisted Living Dining at Allegro Harrington Park, offering consistent schedules, early shifts, and no late-night restaurant hours. It's an opportunity to build relationships, brighten someone’s day, and be part of a team-oriented community where hospitality meets heart.
Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
- Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
- Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
- Adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.
Nice To Haves
- Food serving experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
- Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
- Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
- Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
- Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
- Label and date all food.
