About The Position

As a Server at Minneapolis Golf Club, you will be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to our valued members and their guests in accordance with our continued efforts to deliver outstanding service.

Requirements

• Consistent availability to work 2-3 serving shifts per week
• Willingness to work weekday evenings and weekends
• Friendly and personable
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Ability to think on your feet and make decisions when needed
• Ability to work on your feet for at least 8 hours

Responsibilities

• Respond to members and their guests in a timely, efficient and professional manner
• Maintain exemplary knowledge of restaurant menus, as well as changing promotions and specials
• Take Member/Guest food and beverage orders, and input orders into our POS system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Replenish beverages, clear plates, reset tables, and ensure Member/Guest satisfaction throughout service
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Federal, State, Local and Club regulations
• Communicate with Management and Kitchen staff to ensure prompt and efficient service
• Stock glasses, silverware, and related supplies, and completes other duties as assigned
