Requirements

  • Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment (1–2 years preferred).
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and connecting with people.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while maintaining composure.
  • Comfort carrying trays and delivering service efficiently and safely.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and accurate order handling.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Curate a seamless and memorable dining experience by confidently describing menu offerings with engaging, detailed knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and origins.
  • Anticipate guest needs, personalize service, and respond thoughtfully and promptly to requests or concerns.
  • Accurately take and input orders using the POS system while communicating effectively with culinary and bar teams to ensure proper timing and execution.
  • Deliver food and beverages in a timely, polished manner that maintains quality and presentation standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and proactively enhance it where possible.
  • Prepare, present, and settle checks accurately, including handling cash, credit, and adjustments with integrity and precision.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing dining environment in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
  • Handle challenges or guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
