About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Pinnacle Groves located in Rogers, AR. This is a full-time position with a starting wage of $15.00 - $19.75 per hour. The Server role involves being a welcoming host to residents, preparing tables and meals, maintaining cleanliness, and observing residents' dietary habits and appetite changes. We are looking for individuals who are at least 18 years old, can communicate effectively in English, possess a positive and energetic attitude, are physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds, can assist residents with mobility, and have a clear criminal record.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Ability to assist persons after a fall.
- Criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
- Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
- Foster an environment where residents can connect.
- Prepare tables for service, salads, and roll silverware.
- Bus tables and sweep floors.
- Communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding poor dietary habits or changes in appetite.
- Report resident absences from meals.
