Sell and serve Shrimp Basket food and drinks in a professional manner. This role involves maintaining complete knowledge of the menu, taking and preparing orders for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food items, and using a computer-based POS system. The server will suggestively sell and serve food and drinks to multiple tables, refill drinks, accept various forms of payment, and make change. Additionally, the position requires maintaining specific side-work duties to ensure the cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant, clearing and resetting tables, and checking identification to ensure guests are of legal age to consume alcohol. A key aspect of the role is to interact with customers in a manner that ensures their complete satisfaction, striving to exceed expectations. The server must report to work on time in a neat and clean uniform, adhere to all company policies and procedures, and attend required meetings. The employer utilizes the tip credit, and employees must be informed of these provisions and declare tips daily.
