About The Position
Servers at Chili's provide Guests with food, drinks, hospitality, and customized service. The role involves learning the menu, carrying out opening and closing duties, collaborating with Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Applicants should enjoy providing great service and making people feel special. The position requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus.
