About The Position

The Server / Waitstaff role involves providing restaurant, lounge, and private-dining service at hotels and venues. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, running food and beverages, and closing checks using the property's POS system. This position is part of The Wilkinson Firm's commitment to creating 500 W-2 hospitality jobs in Atlanta, with a focus on providing a clear promotion path for all employees.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of restaurant or hotel service experience
• Black professional pants or slacks, black closed-toe non-slip shoes, professional grooming and appearance
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone
• Eligible to work in the United States (I-9 and E-Verify)

Responsibilities

• Greet, take orders and run food and beverage
• Work the property's POS and close checks
• Keep stations stocked and tables turned
• Support banquet service when the calendar calls for it
