Server/Waitstaff
About The Position
Village Tavern is hiring immediately for Server/Waitstaff positions with full-time and part-time opportunities available. We offer a variety of day, evening, and weekend shifts. As a Server, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience for every guest by providing friendly, responsive service that leaves a lasting impression. Experienced servers can earn a strong five-figure income and potentially six figures depending on availability, performance, and the number of shifts worked. Entry-level candidates may begin in a support role with a clear path to becoming a server.
Requirements
- Reliability, good attendance, punctuality, professionalism, kindness, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Team-oriented and passionate about food and service.
- Hardworking, with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
Nice To Haves
- Experienced in restaurants (1-3 years preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person!).
- Knowledgeable about wine and cocktails (preferred, but we’ll teach you!).
- Familiar with POS systems (preferred, but we’ll provide training!).
Responsibilities

- Guide guests through our menu, offering recommendations and answering questions.
