About The Position
Lou Lou's Tavern is now open at The Refinery, and we're looking for a dependable Server to join our front of house / guest service team. Our chef-driven menu is built on thoughtful preparation, consistent execution, and quality ingredients in an approachable tavern setting. Inspired by The Refinery’s historic train system, Lou Lou’s is a vibey, welcoming tavern - big booths, a lively bar, outdoor seating, and a natural connection to the venue’s live music culture. With upcoming concerts and large-scale activations, this will be a high-energy environment where hospitality and momentum go hand in hand.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Consistent, high-level guest service
- Suggestive selling and menu knowledge
- Clean-as-you-go mentality
- Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service
- Guide guests through menu and beverage selections
- Maintain full knowledge of food, drinks, and specials
- Keep a clean and organized section or workspace
