About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking energetic, guest-focused, and outgoing individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as a Swim Up Bar Server at The Dellshire, a unique medieval-inspired destination resort opening in Spring 2026 in Wisconsin Dells. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service within the resort’s pool and swim-up bar environment while creating fun, memorable, and elevated guest experiences. The Swim Up Bar Server plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere by providing prompt, professional, and engaging service to guests enjoying the resort’s aquatic amenities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Requirements

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
High-energy personality with strong guest service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and multitasking abilities
Basic math and cash handling skills required
Ability to obtain or maintain applicable alcohol service certification as required by Wisconsin law within 30 days of employment

Previous resort, poolside, or bar experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, attentive, and professional food and beverage service to all guests
Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met
Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly and professionally
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, beverage offerings, promotions, and resort amenities
Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and guest checks according to company procedures
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the swim-up bar, pool deck, and service areas
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and Dellshire Resort policies
Maintain awareness of pool safety and guest surroundings while working in aquatic areas
Report guest concerns, incidents, or safety hazards immediately to leadership
Work collaboratively with bartenders, culinary teams, lifeguards, and fellow Realm Keepers
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during all interactions
Follow Dellshire Resort appearance standards and uniform guidelines
Assist with opening, closing, side work, and additional duties as assigned
