About The Position

The Landing at Carmichael, an Agemark Senior Living community, is seeking an On-Call Server. Dining at this community is about more than serving food; it's an opportunity to build relationships, share a smile, and make each meal something residents look forward to. As an On-Call Server, you will help create a warm, welcoming dining experience while supporting the team when additional coverage is needed. The role offers flexible shifts and no late nights.

Requirements

• Friendly, dependable, and ready to help
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work on-call shifts as needed
• Availability for some evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A genuine desire to serve and connect with others

Nice To Haves

• Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful, but we’ll train the right person

Responsibilities

• Greet residents warmly and take meal orders
• Serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner
• Assist with dining room set-up, clean-up, and restocking
• Support special events and dining experiences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment
• Get to know residents and provide attentive, personalized service
