About The Position

We are hiring immediately for a full time SERVER LEAD position. This role involves taking and delivering food/drink orders while creating an overall enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests. The Server Lead will serve as the point person through which all work-related requests are communicated to unit management. They will also train and acclimate new associates to the company culture, the client's culture, and the operations. A complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients is required, along with the ability to promptly address and correct any complaints or issues. This role also assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees the training of staff in areas of responsibility.

Requirements

Previous catering and conference experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.

Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
Performs other duties as assigned.
