SERVER LEAD (FULL TIME)
About The Position
We are hiring immediately for full time SERVER LEAD positions. This role involves taking and delivering food/drink orders while creating an overall enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests. The Server Lead serves as the point person through which all work-related requests are communicated to unit management. They are responsible for training and acclimating new associates to the company culture, the client's culture, and the operations. This role requires a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients, and the ability to promptly address and correct any complaints or issues. The Server Lead also assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees the training of staff in areas of responsibility.
Requirements
- Prior food service and customer service experience is required.
- Qualified candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
