About The Position

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Full-Time Server La Hiki who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The Server - La Hiki reports to the Restaurant General Manager while providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task.
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
• Minimum 1-2 years Food and Beverage experience.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray (up to 40lbs).
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations.
