This position is responsible for providing prompt, friendly and courteous service of food and beverage to our guests in the fine dining restaurants. Requirements

Must have knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, prices, and sequence of service
Must possess great good people skills required including effective communication
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff
Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.
Ability to perform basic math
Ability to handle money and make correct change
Ability to understand and comply with all departmental and Company rules, regulations, Policies and procedures
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and management.

Responsibilities

Describe all specials and items on the menu.
Interact with guests to take drink and food orders.
Communicate with kitchen for food ordering.
Ensure prompt delivery of food to the guest's table utilizing the runner (if applicable).
Have working knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and food that is served at the property.
Handle all checks and cash according to Standard Operating Procedures.
Assist other servers to give the best possible service.
Monitor all tables in the designated station to ensure superior guest service.
Ensure safety, cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Attends all meetings as assigned.
Other job related duties as assigned.
