This is a part-time, casual position in the Food and Nutrition Department at Carlyle Place. The role requires evening and weekend availability, with a shift premium paid for these times. The server is responsible for creating a pleasant dining experience for residents by upholding 5-star dining standards, accurately inputting orders, and serving tables. The position also involves assisting with banquet setups, potentially cooking at stations, and ensuring food quality and safety through proper handling, storage, and temperature monitoring. Cleaning duties and maintaining sanitation guidelines are also key responsibilities. Training will be provided for understanding and preparing therapeutic and mechanically altered diets.
