About The Position

Join our team as a Server and help bring comfort, hospitality, and nourishment to those who need it most. You'll provide exceptional service to pediatric patients, families, visitors, and healthcare teams while creating a positive dining experience in a supportive healthcare environment.

Requirements

• Be 18 years or older
• Experience with one-on-one customer service interaction
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• A respectful and compassionate attitude toward others
• A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team
• ServSafe® Certification and State Food Handlers Card
• The ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

• Previous food service or hospitality experience

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service to patients, families, visitors, and healthcare team members.
• Take meal orders and serve food accurately, efficiently, and with care.
• Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas before, during, and after meal periods.
• Assist with setup, bussing, stocking, and inventory support.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards at all times.
• Support a positive dining experience
• Perform other duties as assigned.
