- Create a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest
- Ensure accuracy and presentation of every dish leaving the kitchen
- Communicate clearly between kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Maintain speed, organization, and attention to detail during peak hours
- Keep the flow of service smooth and efficient
