The Server/Dishwasher assists with meal preparation as requested by the Cook and Dining Services Director. They complete food preparation in a safe and appetizing manner in compliance with dietary standards, and departmental policies and procedures. The Server/Dishwasher is the primary Server/Dishwasher and should ensure all interactions with residents and guests are positive, courteous and polite. They will always keep in mind the standards of conduct expected by older generations and behave accordingly. Additionally, the Server/Dishwasher cleans the kitchen, washes dishes and returns food to proper storage. Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen is an important part of all Dining Services employees.
