About The Position

We are seeking a passionate Server to join our team and make a difference in the lives of seniors. As a Server, you will be responsible for preparing food items and serving them to residents within a scheduled timeframe. You will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining food service areas, including the kitchen and dining room. This is a full-time position with an evening shift that includes working every other weekend. Requirements

A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred).
Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in senior living is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame.
Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.
