Highland Ridge is seeking Servers /Dietary Aides /Culinary Assistants /Dining Aides to join our team in Williamsburg, IA. Wage: $15.78 - $18.36+ per hour Based on Experience Current opportunities include: FULL-TIME SERVER HOURS Highland Ridge is a senior living community in Williamsburg, Iowa. Situated upon a lofty hilltop, Highland Ridge offers sweeping views of the Williamsburg community below. The area’s natural appeal is evident. Exceptionally crafted townhomes, senior apartments, assisted living, a care center and memory care residence create a full array of senior living options. Requirements
- Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
Responsibilities
- The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.
