About The Position
Serving/Cocktail position at Rock Lane Resort. This is a fast-paced, high-energy lakefront environment and a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and being part of a team-focused atmosphere. We are looking for hardworking individuals with positive attitudes who can deliver strong customer service and create a great guest experience. Full-time and part-time positions available. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Enjoy working in a customer service and hospitality-driven environment
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to be on your feet and active for extended periods
- Sales-driven mindset with strong guest interaction skills
- Ability to learn and operate POS systems (Toast experience is a plus)
- Learn and confidently describe cocktail and food menus
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in order taking and service
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
