The Front of House Partner is the face of the restaurant team and is responsible for ensuring all guests have a positive Newk’s experience. You will take orders, maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room and observe health and sanitation guidelines. Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Meet safety and sanitation standards
- Work in fast-paced environment
- Anticipate and understand guests needs and their expectations
- Capable of counting money and making change
- Must be at least 16 years old
Responsibilities
- Work well and interacts with others respectfully
- Respond positively to coaching and feedback
- Able to learn and execute multiple tasks
- Provide guest service
- Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
- Maintain clean and neat work environment
- Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
- Handle POS transactions and payments with accuracy
- Prepare and deliver all products according to Brand standards
