About The Position

The Brass Tap is building an amazing team and is looking for experienced and enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join them as Servers and Bartenders. If you love craft beer, elevated pub food, and creating unforgettable guest experiences, this is the place for you. The Brass Tap offers a welcoming, neighborhood vibe with over 60 craft beers on tap, elevated pub fare, curated cocktails, and a team-first culture where hospitality matters.

Requirements

• Prior serving or bartending experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Weekend and evening availability
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service from greeting to farewell

• Maintain a clean, stocked, and efficient bar
