About The Position

Carolina National Golf Club, part of GreatLIFE Golf, is seeking a part-time employee to join their food and beverage team. This role offers training as a server, bartender, and beverage cart attendant. GreatLIFE Golf is a large golf course ownership and management company looking for individuals who enjoy a fun and casual career in sports and entertainment.

Requirements

Must be 21+ years old.
Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

Maintains bar and serves guests in accordance with established standards and with hospitality and professionalism.
Stocks/sets up bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records.
Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures.
Performs opening and closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, set-up and restocking.
Serves food and beverage items to guests based on established guidelines.
Serves meals to guests.
Communicates guest requests and concerns to the department manager/supervisor.
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
Performs other duties as required.
