Server/Bartender
About The Position
Ted's Montana Grill is seeking Servers and Bartenders who are vital and valued members of the team and deliver "Big Sky Moments" to ensure a great Guest experience each and every time. You will help create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality, ensuring a remarkable only-at-Ted’s experience for our Guests. The restaurants represent classic saloons of the 19th century where cattlemen and land barons found a little relaxation after a hard day’s work. Ted's Montana Grill believes in leaving a better world for future generations, demonstrated through their commitment to local growers, paper straws, Boraxo soap, and sustainable kitchen operations. They are steadfast in their commitment to people, product, and prosperity, developing and encouraging people to become leaders.
Requirements
- Full-service restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
