We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server/Bartender to join our team at Peacemaker 4 Hands Brewing located in St. Louis Lambert International Airport. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service, create a welcoming atmosphere, and have a strong knowledge of craft beer to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server and/or bartender required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must comply with airport security and operational requirements.

- Strong knowledge and passion for craft beer is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about our beer selection and menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
