About The Position

Join ALMA FONDA FINA LLC as a Server/Bartender in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA! Local Santa Barbara chef and Michelin Bib Gourmand award winner Ramon Velazquez is bringing his elevated Mexican cuisine to Montecito Country Mart. Their new restaurant, Alma, will feature their award-winning ceviche, local organic farmers market produce, and a selection of local and international wines.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid food handler's permit and bartending license.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities
