About The Position

SanTan Brewing Company is looking for a Server/Bartender to join their team in Chandler, AZ. This role is located in the Phoenix metro’s East Valley, at the original location of SanTan, founded in 2007. The company operates a 15-bbl brewery & restaurant, a production facility with a 50-bbl brewhouse, and a distilled spirits operation. The Server/Bartender will report to the General Manager and Operations Manager and will be part of a team of over 100 production and restaurant staff. Typical operating hours are between 9 AM and 1 AM, on a staggered basis, with occasional work outside these hours expected. This position requires a strong aptitude for learning and skills in cleanliness, organization, customer service, and team dynamics. The role complies with Arizona Minimum Wage Tip Credit and tips daily with hourly wage payouts bi-weekly. The company is seeking leaders passionate about customer service and hospitality who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety and efficiency, constantly evaluating work practices in the spirit of “always improving.”
• Communicate effectively and openly with team members
• Work in kitchen/restaurant environments which may be loud, hot, humid, or have wet/slippery floors
• Multi-task and follow standard operating procedures
• Bend, crawl, twist, turn, lift, kneel, climb ladders and stairs
• Stand for prolonged periods
• Work indoors, outdoors, and in food trucks when necessary
• Safely work in and around confined spaces
• Regularly lift/carry heavy objects (55 lbs.) repeatedly and safely above waist-level
• Occasionally move heavy objects with equipment (165 lbs.)
