Server Assistants
About The Position
Server Assistants are essential for maintaining and executing the service flow, serving as the backbone of Pinstripes. They provide ongoing support for Servers during the shift, assisting with setup, stocking, and breakdown. Their expertise lies in venue setup, cleanliness, and aesthetics. Pinstripes is an all-scratch kitchen that prides itself on its fresh ingredients, seasonal menus, high food quality standards, and exceptional service. You will assist servers in taking care of guests in a unique and upscale entertainment-dining venue offering a Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce.
Requirements
- Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to be on your feet for up to 6 hours
- Must always be neat in appearance and follow uniform and grooming guidelines
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Nice To Haves
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provides memorable guest service
