About The Position

The Server Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience for guests. This position involves supporting servers, management, and guests to deliver highly personalized, warm, and efficient service. The Server Assistant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant, interacting positively with guests and staff, and contributing to a strong team atmosphere. The goal is to ensure every guest leaves happy, embodying the spirit of hospitality.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills.

Report to work in a neat and clean uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of proper etiquette for table clearing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist all levels of highly personalized, technical, warm, fun, efficient service.
Work closely with Servers, Management and Guests to ensure a technically exceptional experience.
Assist Servers in Food Delivery, Service of Guests, Table Maintenance, and Hospitality based Guest Experience.
Carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas or other areas of restaurants.
Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash.
Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
Interact with guests and staff in a friendly/fast manner.
Treat guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed our guests’ expectations.
Report to work in a neat and clean uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
Work as a team with all CRAVE personnel in order to maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient food and beverage service.
Other duties as directed.
