About The Position

We are seeking a Server Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. The Server Assistant will service guests, assist with functions for servers, deliver food to guest tables according to hotel specification, courteously and efficiently. This role will assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment while providing lateral service when necessary. The ideal candidate will exemplify the values and beliefs of Eau Resort & Spa. This role is designated for our private club, La Coquille.

Nice To Haves

• Certification of previous training in liquor, wine or food service

Responsibilities

• Service guests
• Assist with functions for servers
• Deliver food to guest tables according to hotel specification, courteously and efficiently
• Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment
• Provide lateral service when necessary
• Transport cases of liquor and beer kegs from storeroom to bar
• Access and input information into Micros system
• Prepare drinks and provide service to guests
• Check the food chit and serve food to guests without asking
