About The Position
New Realm Brewing Company is hiring a Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team. This is a great entry-level restaurant job for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment and providing excellent guest service.
Requirements
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Reliable and punctual with evening and weekend availability
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant experience preferred but no experience required
Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain smooth service flow
- Assist servers and food runners with front-of-house support
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and guest areas
- Refill water, and table supplies as needed
- Follow restaurant cleaning, sanitation, and safety standards
- Support the team during busy lunch and dinner shifts
