About The Position

Toscana Italian Kitchen and Wine Market is seeking positive, upbeat individuals with a passion for delivering excellent service to join their F&B team as Server Assistants. The ideal candidate will have a winning smile and a service-minded attitude, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. While one year of fast-casual dining or customer service experience is preferred, the restaurant is willing to train the right person with the right attitude. This role requires flexibility in shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

At least one year of fast casual dining or customer service experience preferred.
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to be a team player.
Must have a winning smile and service-minded attitude.
Must be able to work a variety of shifts to include morning, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Quickly clean table settings and prepare table for resetting.
Promptly and consistently reset tables with spotless service ware.
Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments.
Greet guests in a pleasant and courteous manner, serve beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
Transport all tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
Perform general cleaning tasks, using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards.
Fold napkins for all meal periods throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply, restocking condiments, etc.
Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills, or special guest requests and cross-training, to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Report any suspicious persons or activities to a supervisor immediately.
